STP LEGEND 3 is a versatile vibroembossing material used as the first layer for car noise insulation. It is applied directly to metal surfaces and effectively absorbs vibrations. The use of vibration insulation materials is a key element in the car noise insulation process. Additional properties of the vibration insulation are corrosion protection and increased metal stiffness.
STP LEGEND 3 includes a polymer mastic protected from dust and moisture by special anti-adhesive paper, and a foil layer with unique printing and embossing. The unique compound composition ensures the material’s efficiency in a wide temperature range, and the high adhesion guarantees the reliable coupling of the mastic layer with the metal of the car body.
